How to improve your Online Business?Recently, I submitted my online business (www.kinglot.com) to a site called Your Membership. This site is a place to exchange ideas, to ask questions, and to share your skills. All you have to do is go to the website and sign up and get newsletters once a week.However, they have a section called ‘Member Reviews’ in which you can submit your website and get different types of opinions about your website’s layouts, navigation, colors, and etc. This is a good opportunity to give some help and get some reviews about your website. In order to get your website reviewed, you’ll need to spend at least 5 to 10 minutes reviewing three other websites. It’s fun and easy. All you have to do is check different types of links, see what you like, and what you don’t link within the website YOU are reviewing. For example, here are some critiques of my website: “This shopping site has good prices and nice products. Pictures are good and you have a lot of choices. It is organized and easy to find what you are looking for. I did get a message at the top saying you need java to see this applet but couldn't tell if something was missing.” “Some good things tho': All the links worked, pages loaded fast even with so many photos, good contact and S&H information.” “You have done a good job of providing information on contact, shipping policies, FAQ's, and delivery information. You do have a good selection of products. What you need now is to have that introduction, testimonials, a reason to order from you (i.e.; free shipping for first time orders; time restrictions - order now, when they're gone, they're gone), or a reason to come back (i.e.; products change weekly, sale prices only available for a limited time, loyalty coupons for repeat customers, etc.). Maybe date the product listings so visitors can tell when and for how long each product is available.” “Great, I can buy hammocks, but why would I want to? Perhaps paint me a picture about me swaying my troubles away in one and them I might feel tempted. The layout's good and navigation easy though. Sales are always a great idea.” As you can see, I can improve my business through these reviews. If you want to improve yours, just sign up.
